Perez Packing
The Perez family has been farming upwards of 9,000 acres of row crops in the fertile San Joaquin Valley for about 70 years. Tom Perez, president of Perez Packing, and his son, Mark Perez, general manager, have entrusted their large Cantaloupe and honeydew program to Crown Jewels. This partnership has multiple synergies, common interests, and goals we would like to see achieved in the near future. In our second season of partnership over 2 million boxes of cantaloupes and over 300,000 boxes of honeydews will be packed in the reputable King Crow label. The Perez family is reintroducing the King Crow label and the new melon carton will be slightly redesigned yet still as recognizable as the original! The future is looking sweet for this melon program.
